Terms and Conditions

1. General Agreement

  • By placing an order, the customer agrees to the retailer’s terms, policies, and conditions.
  • Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.
  • The most current version applies at the time of purchase.
     

2. Product Information & Availability

  • Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for reference and may change without notice.
  • Inventory availability is not guaranteed until the order ships.

  • Orders are not considered accepted until shipped.
  • Retailer reserves the right to cancel or limit quantities for any reason.
  • Special-order, custom, drop-ship, or made-to-order items are typically non-cancelable once placed.
     

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees. 
  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.
  • Retailer is not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, or force majeure.
  • Signature confirmation may be required for high-value items.
     

6. Returns & Exchanges (see FAQ section below Terms & Conditions)

  • Returns are subject to eligibility rules and time limits (commonly 7–30 days). 
  • Items must be returned in like-new condition with original packaging.
  • Return shipping is typically the customer’s responsibility.
  • Restocking fees may apply.
  • Certain items are non-returnable (software, personal-use items, consumables, custom products).
     

7. Defective or Damaged Items

  • Customers must report damage or defects within a defined window (often 48 hours to 7 days). 
  • Original packaging and documentation may be required.
  • Retailer may offer troubleshooting, replacement, repair, or manufacturer referral.
     

8. Manufacturer Warranties

  • Most products are covered by manufacturer warranties, not retailer warranties. 
  • Warranty claims may require registration with the manufacturer.
  • Retailer is not responsible for warranty decisions made by manufacturers.
     

9. Leasing & Financing

  • Orders placed through leasing or financing programs are typically final sale. 
  • Ownership transfers according to the finance provider’s terms.
  • Replacement policies for damaged items are limited and time-sensitive.
     

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Retailer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. 
  • Liability is generally limited to the purchase price of the product.
  • Retailer is not responsible for loss of data, income, or business interruption.
     

11. Intended Use & Professional Equipment Disclaimer

  • Pro audio and production equipment is intended for trained users. 
  • Customer assumes responsibility for proper installation, use, and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Retailer is not liable for misuse or improper setup.
     

12. Intellectual Property

  • All website content (logos, images, text) is owned by the retailer or licensors. 
  • Content may not be copied or used without written permission.
     

13. Privacy Policy

  • Customer data is collected and used in accordance with the retailer’s privacy policy. 
  • Payment data is handled securely via third-party processors.
  • Customer information is not sold (subject to stated policy).
     

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • Terms are governed by the laws of the retailer’s operating state of Florida 
  • Any disputes are resolved in Florida jurisdiction’s courts.
  • Retailer is not responsible for legal fees
     

15. Force Majeure

  • Retailer is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, etc.).

Return and Refund Policy

Returns FAQ

Can I return my item?

  • Yes, most items can be returned if they’re in like-new condition and include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.

How long do I have to report a problem?

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete.

Can I return an item I’ve used?

  • Light use is okay. Items showing wear, damage, or missing parts may be declined or subject to a restocking fee.

Who pays for return shipping?

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. If your order shipped for free, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

What items are not eligible for return?

  • Some items can’t be returned due to hygiene, safety, or customization, including personal-use items (like headphones and microphones), software and licenses, custom or special-order products, oversized equipment, special effects gear, hazardous materials, consumables, warranties, and shipping protection.

What happens if my package is refused or undeliverable?

  • Round-trip shipping and carrier fees will be deducted from your refund.

Are leased or financed orders returnable?

  • No. Leased or financed orders are final sale. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 2 business days so we can arrange a replacement.
